The JOOSH Cocoa Fruit Shots were launched in 2021 as part of the Berlin-based TFJC Foods (also known as TFJC), which stands for ‚The Full Joy of Cocoa‘. Founded in 2018 by the award-winning food entrepreneur Dayog Kabore, TFJC specialises in utilising every edible part of the cocoa fruit to innovatively craft food and beverages.
